Recently, I checked into the services provided by Wounded Warrior Project and discovered that they only provide their limited services to what are called “Post 9/11” veterans. They blatantly advertise their discriminatory policy right on their main page when they write, “Affected by your service on or after September 11, 2001?”. This discriminatory policy is laced throughout their website.
I chatted with one of their representatives about this discriminatory policy and that person responded by claiming that they don’t have enough money to help all disabled veterans. Clearly, the person I chatted with is a liar. They have enough resources to pay for celebrities in expensive television advertisements that they constantly blast us with during commercial breaks. Add that to the money given to the extremely overpaid CEO ($473,015 in 2014) and other overpaid executives. They do have the money to help all veterans, but choose to openly discriminate against pre-9/11 veterans. The income of this “charity” is easily verified by doing a search on the internet.
Any organization that “helps” only certain groups of disabled veterans is clearly discriminating against all other disabled veterans and must not be supported by donations of any kind.
Please share your knowledge of companies and charities that discriminate against veterans. In the meantime, don’t donate to the WWP until they change their policy to include all disabled veterans and issue a public apology.
Other people and organizations turn a blind eye to this blatantly obvious discrimination and fully support it with their various forms of aid to this so-called “charity”.

I contacted Fox News Channel twice about them supporting this discrimination by running WWP ads. No response as of yet.
Any orgsnization that supports blatant discrimination of any kind should be boycotted.
